After we pick up your parcels from our drop-off points, they will be delivered to your recipient within 3 to 5 working days, during office hours.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and PayNow.

Here at AGOGO, each and every parcel is important to us and sending it to its destination is our utmost priority. However, in the unlikely event that the parcel does fail to arrive at its endpoint in its original state, you may send us an e-mail and we will assist you from there. Do note any claims for damage/lost must be made within 7 days from the item’s delivery date, failing which AOGOGO shall have no liability whatsoever.

Due to the size of the door openings on our vans and planes, we ask that a shipment does not exceed 120 cm in dimension. We will be pleased to advise and arrange carriage of any larger items for you. In addition, for the safety of our couriers, we require notification of shipments over 50kg in weight.

AGOGO ships daily; Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm.

If you have provided us with an email address, you will automatically receive an e-receipt each time you complete an order.

If the items are out for delivery, we are unable to amend the date or address immediately. You may enquire with us on our WhatsApp or send an email to david@t3exp.com.

Otherwise, re-delivery arrangements may take up to 2 working days. Kindly reschedule under “ORDERS” or send an email to david@t3exp.com.  

 

Yes. You may do so under “MY ORDER HISTORY”, before pick-up.
